Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

Exchanges
If your item is defective or damaged, we will replace it. Please contact us with photos and your order number so we can evaluate the issue and send a replacement if needed.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned (e.g., clearance items, digital downloads). Please check individual product pages for exclusions.
